Checks Unlimited Reinstates California Affiliates

We are happy to announce that we just got off the phone with our client, Checks Unlimited. After several days of discussions, we are able to announce that all California affiliates will be reinstated effective tonight. Detailed communication will go out over the next few days. A no solicitation agreement will need to be signed by any affiliate living in the state of California, along the lines of the agreement we have in place with affiliates in the state of NY.

I will have more details over the next few days, I wanted to get this out there though since it’s only 5:30 in California and you all have time to celebrate, I know we are here in South Florida.

Thanks for the update. How can we spread the word about this solution?

Sorry I missed the announcement. Didn’t see it on ABW either. While I’m not in California, it’s really good too see a merchant make that decision. Good work Andy!

Anthony, thanks. There has been another update as well, just last Friday Amazon scored a victory and the bill will be tabled for another year … that gives all California merchants some breathing room to make arrangements to start the tax collection process. Thanks for your comment.
