Meet the Staff

Andy Rodriguez is no stranger to the sales and marketing world. From his career in print and online advertising to his relentless and eager sales approach, Andy has always had the right formula for success. He started his own website development business when "online" was still being defined. Although he's been accused of being a great affiliate marketing manager, Andy has ventured into the consultation field where he can expand and share his knowledge of affiliate marketing with the rest of the industry. His formula for growing an affiliate marketing program is extensive and complex; combining elements of trust, ethics, industry knowledge and open communications with affiliate partners.

Emilio Yepez joined Andy Rodriguez Consulting in the spring of 2006 and is Vice President of Operations. Emilio is directly responsible for Business Development and Affiliate Program Management. In 1996, Emilio accepted a position with Interval International, a division of Inter Active Corporation (IAC). During his 11 year career with IAC, Emilio assisted in the early development of IntervalWorld.com and held various positions as divisional manager for Marriott and Hyatt Resorts. Emilio resides in Miami, Florida with his wife and two children.

Andy Rodriguez Jr. is the Information Technology Director for Andy Rodriguez Consulting. He specializes in back-end reporting for the affiliate channel, Search Engine Marketing, Web Video Production and is the support technician for Andy Rodriguez Consulting's systems.
Andy Jr. is currently attending Florida International University pursuing his degree in Information Technology. He has held the position of CEO for his company Xenon Solutions for 4 years which is a Small Business IT and consulting firm. Andy Jr. has been working in Ecommerce with respect to Affiliate Marketing for 6 years along side of Andy Rodriguez Consulting and is now also assisting with the local marketing efforts.

Stephanie Lichtenstein joined Andy Rodriguez Consulting in 2007. Her focus as an Affiliate Program Manager is to have open communication with her affiliate partners. The Hispanic market is her target which in Miami is hard to miss. She studied Multinational Business Operations fitting with her love of travel. She received a Spanish minor studying business abroad in Spain. She has co-launched a store in Central America. The store, Luxe, introduced Salvatore Ferragamo and Franco Pianegonda to the Costa Rican market. In Tallahassee, she had the pleasure of working under Governor Charlie Crist, in the Press and Communications Department where she experienced a great deal of communication skills.

Peter Gomez works as an Affiliate Program Manager for Andy Rodriguez Consulting. He is devoted to E-Commerce Consulting, Search Engine Optimization and the online aspect of Affiliate Marketing Recruitment even expanding his focus of attention to the local Hispanic Marketing in Miami, Florida. Peter has committed himself to the affiliate marketing industry and is currently applying his background, education and career experience into Andy Rodriguez Consulting's affiliate recruitment campaigns.

Peter studied Linguistics in English Language and Literature at the University of Havana, Cuba. He has taught English as a second language, worked as an interpreter and done translation services as well. Public contact has always been part of his career experience. Most recently he changed his career path and joined the ARC Management Team, for which he considers himself very lucky, bringing along with him his talent, experience and enthusiasm to interact with the affiliate community out there.

Arlene Linares works as one of Andy Rodriguez Consulting’s Creative Services Designers. She does graphic design for various clients and has made logos and banners for their websites. Her hard work and dedication have allowed her to further herself in the field of graphic design.

Arlene is currently majoring in Advertising at Florida International University. She has been drawing from a young age and has learned to apply her knowledge of drawing to computer graphics. She will be studying abroad this summer in Germany to work with advertising agencies and gain more knowledge that will allow her to grow in her field.

Nicholas "Nick" Merino works as a Web Designer and Developer in the Creative Services Department here at ARC Media Consultants. He handles every client's websites needs from making changes on their current pages to creating and developing a new website. Nick specializes in using new web development technologies to enhance the visitors of ARC Media Consultants clients' websites. He makes it a point to stay ahead of the curve in the ever so expanding world of the Internet.

Nick has many years of experience in the field of Information Technology (I.T.) ranging from Computer Hardware, Networking Solutions, to Programming. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Web Design and Interactive Media from the Miami International University of Art & Design. With his past I.T. knowledge and strong devotion to researching new technologies, Nick plans to grow as he moves forward with his career here at ARC Media Consultants.

Jason Carbonell works as part of the Creative Services Department for Andy Rodriguez Consulting. His attention is focused on web design and development in Miami, Florida where he is pursuing a degree in Web and Interactive Media Design. Jason has spent extensive time researching and applying different technologies that affect web development as an industry and is currently applying his background education into Andy Rodriguez Consultant’s web development projects.

Jason is currently a student at Miami International University of Art & Design where he is pursuing his Bachelors in Web and Interactive Media Design. Jason has also given his time to the community by building a website in remembrance of fallen officers in South Florida and creating an online community for police officers around the world to communicate and network.
