Our company will conduct a free initial
assessment of your program in order to determine your present needs
and your program's strengths and/or weaknesses. This assessment
can be done either by telephone, e-mail or in your office.
A few of the ways in which we can help you are to:
- Increase overall program profitability
- Tweak and optimize program performance
- Recruit, develop and motivate affiliate partners
- Create interest, build trust in your program and
- Develop a winning "team approach " amongst affiliate
partners
Our philosophy states that the five factors above interrelate
and work together to create a successful affiliate program.
We will work with you, one on one, to target, pursue
and achieve the specific results you desire from your program.
In addition to on-site consulting, we also offer telephone
consultations when all you need are some answers and/or
some direction for your affiliate program.
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement for anyone who requires
such. The information discussed is completely private and
confidential.
After the initial consultation, (up to 1/2 hour), we provide
you with a custom proposal and agreement outlining the following:
- Scope of the assignment based on our initial program assessment
- Plan of action, services, estimated timeline and expected
outcomes
- Fees and terms of payment
If satisfied with the proposal, the agreement is signed. If
not, it is revised until both parties reach a mutual
agreement.
Fees for services performed:
- Monthly Consulting: ( $3,000 - by phone, email and IM )
- Hourly Phone Consulting: ($300.00 / hour - by phone,
email and IM )
- Full Outsourced Program Management: ($5,000 - $10,000 per
month / brand)
- Sales Performance Bonus: (% of sales, as agreed)
- Creative Services: (Quoted as needed)
- Data Feed Services: (Quoted as needed)
Fees for On Site Consulting and Speaking Engagements
- Keynote Event Speaker ($5,000 US)
- 1/2 Day On Site Training ($4,000 US)
- Full Day On Site Training ($6,000 US)
- Three Day On Site Workshop ($12,000 US)
Includes: Consulting, Strategy, Best Practices,
Training and Partner Development
All on-site training and speaking engagements are custom designed to precisely
fit the client's needs in order to make the most of the conference and/or
training seminar.
We will design a custom fee structure and payment plan to fit your circumstances

Payment Policies
- On Site Visits: 30 Days Cancellation Notice is Required,
or client pays 50% of contract.
- 50% payable at the signing of contract, the remainder
payable on the last day, upon completion.
- Program Management and Consulting Fees: Monthly amount
payable in advance.
- Performance Bonus: Payable within 15 days after month's
closing.
- Telephone Consulting and Coaching sessions must be
pre paid and scheduled in advance.
- Accommodation, meals, airfare and car rental expenses
are covered in full by the client and are not covered
in Monthly Consulting, On Site Visits and Program Management
Fees.
- Airfare less than 4 hours is economy class. Airfare
beyond 4 hours is business or first class.
- Automobile travel is @ $.50/km
