]]> We are happy to announce that we just got off the phone with our client, Checks Unlimited. After several days of discussions, we are able to announce that all California affiliates will be reinstated effective tonight. Detailed communication will go out over the next few days. A no solicitation agreement will need to be signed by any affiliate living in the state of California, along the lines of the agreement we have in place with affiliates in the state of NY.

I will have more details over the next few days, I wanted to get this out there though since it’s only 5:30 in California and you all have time to celebrate, I know we are here in South Florida.

]]> Today we wake up facing the reality of the changes that are occurring in our industry with the nexus laws. California is the latest and it has hit the industry with full force. If you are a California affiliate, I can only imagine what thoughts are running through your mind.

Do we move?

Do we stay and adapt?

What do we do to replace the income from the merchants that have “dumped” us? These are all questions that we have been hearing for a few days now from many of our affiliate partners.

What have you been hearing?

What will you be doing, what are your plans if you reside in the state of California?
