We have found that many times the reason they haven’t produced in the past is due to the fact that they have told us “we had no clue” of the volume of the market or the earning possibilities. Many people (including myself) before I started working with the check vertical, really had no idea what this channel could deliver in terms of volume, revenue and commissions. This is the main reason for this post, it’s an effort to show affiliates that may not be giving this program it’s full attention and may be leaving money on the table by not fully promoting Checks Unlimited on their websites. For those of you already earning the thousands of dollars, month after month on our program, this information may not be earth shattering news as you and your bank account already know.

The proof is in the reporting

Here is the August sales report from ShareASale. Sensitive information has been removed to protect the identity of the top 10 affiliates in the program. There are a few key points I wanted to point out on this report.

1) The top 2 sites are popular coupon sites. They are not the most popular or the highest ranked coupon sites according to Google, but they do have traffic. I say this becuase if you have a high traffic coupon site and if you place our links on your home page, there is no reason why you shouldn’t achieve similar results. Of course there are lots of variables but looking at the potential, shouldn’t you at least give it a shot and have us featured on your home page?

2) We convert. Let me say that again, we convert very well. Look at the conversions from our top 10 affiliates. Tell me, honestly, what merchant do you have on your site that converts as well than Checks Unlimited? Checks Unlimited spends a ton of money in off line and print marketing, The brand has become a houselhold name, that helps drive the incredible conversions on the program. I invite you to experience the conversions for yourself on your website. If you don’t have us front and center on the home page so your site visitors can see us, you are not fully capitalizing on our branding and probably not earning all that you can be with our program.

Some affiliate secrets you may not know …

1) Top earning affiliates tend to work with and promote the top merchants on most of the affiliate networks, they know the top merchants are doing things right and if they are top merchants on the network, there are lots of affiliates making money with them.
